That is the bridge and chorus to O God of Our Salvation off of the Village Church’s latest worship release, God of Victory. Our lead pastor Noah introduced it to me after he bought the album last week. We are always looking for rich songs that are singable and frankly that are “us”. Right now we have a certain style and feel that flows from how we structure things at August Gate.

This song captures the subject of the Trinity in an understandable fashion. I really love it because you can slow it down and it can be a slower song of preparation or if you do it similar to the album it is a mid to upper tempo anthem that can be played a little more aggressively.

I love the focus and essence of the song and cannot wait to introduce it tomorrow night at church. Hope you can come and worship with us.
